Appointments & Consultations

Naturopathic consultations are provided by appointment only. Appointment times are reserved specifically for you, and we kindly ask that you arrive on time to ensure you receive the full benefits of your session.

If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened to avoid impacting other clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full consultation fee and will need to rebook your appointment for a later date.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that schedules can change and life can get busy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee (50% of the consultation fee).

• Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice (no-show) will result in the full consultation fee being charged.

  This policy helps us manage appointment availability and offer timely care to all clients.

Payment Policy

Payment is required on the day of your consultation. This includes:

• Consultation fees

• Any prescribed products such as herbal medicine or supplements

Products & Prescriptions

Any herbal medicine, supplements or products prescribed are tailored specifically to you, based on your consultation. Due to the personalised nature of these products:

• Refunds or exchanges are not available once products have been dispensed, unless required by law.

  If you have any questions or concerns about a prescribed product, please contact us as soon as possible.

Client Responsibility

To ensure safe and effective care, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete health information

• Inform us of any changes to medication, symptoms or diagnoses

• Use prescribed products as directed by their healthcare practitioner

Privacy & Confidentiality

Your privacy is important to us. All personal and health information is handled with care and kept confidential in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Information will not be shared without your consent, except where required by law.

You have the right to access and request corrections to your personal information at any time. Requests can be made in writing and will be addressed as soon as possible.
